In this workshop we introduced school leaders to the OSPI Inclusionary Practices Professional Development Project, gave them a bit of history on this topic and provided them with tools they could use as they learn more about creating culture, systems and learning that support Inclusionary Practices and your leadership. At AWSP, we believe that Strong Leaders Support ALL voices. If you are not leading for diversity, equity, and inclusion, you are simply not leading. ◼
