Meet Angela Spriggs

Angela Spriggs joined AWSP in December 2019 as our Fiscal Coordinator. Before joining our team, she spent 19 years working for the Tumwater School District. She held various positions with the district, including Financial Secretary at Tumwater High School, Accounts Payable Specialist and, for the last eight years, Payroll Coordinator. At AWSP, Angela handles our day-to-day bookkeeping, processes accounts payables, monitors our AWSP/WSPEF investments and assets, and manages our contracts and grants. You may have recently received an email or order receipt from Angela. Don’t be alarmed! It’s most likely because your yearly membership dues were processed. (And that's a really good thing!) Angela is often behind the scenes, but her impact is center-stage. Her work not only keeps our office moving, but guides our efforts with bringing you the best benefits, latest news, and most helpful resources possible. She’s also one of the kindest and calmest people you could meet, and will give you candy if you swing by her desk. We <3 you, Angela! ◼
